Bio:

Hideko Amano is an adjunct faculty at Northeastern Illinois University in Chicago. She was an adjunct professor of flute at DePaul University, Carthage College, Harper College, University of Wisconsin-Parkside. She also maintains a successful private studio and teaches at Midwest Young Artist Conservatory and Chicago Pathway Initiative. Her teachers include Susan Levitin, Paula Robison, and Mathieu Dufour.
