Todd Humphrey

Bio:

Todd Humphrey was born in Atlanta, Georgia where he started playing cello at eleven years old. To continue his involvement in music, Todd completed his Bachelors in Music Performance at Florida State University where he served as principal cellist for multiple ensembles.

Following his time at FSU, Todd earned his Masters in Music Performance from Miami University of Ohio where he served as a graduate assistant. One of his main duties at Miami University was Orchestra Librarian where he cataloged and maintained the Miami University Symphony Orchestra library.

Currently, Todd is an active member of the Chicago music scene. Most recently, his string quartet won the DePaul Chamber Music Competition and was invited to perform at the Driehaus Museum.

In his free time, Todd enjoys working out at the gym and playing Super Smash Brothers. He is also very much looking forward to the new Pokemon games and Legend of Zelda games.
