Conservatory Solo Competition

3:00 – 8:00 pm
Merit is proud to offer this competition to award a Concerto winner and various private lesson scholarships to outstanding Alice S. Pfaelzer Tuition-free Conservatory students. A total of five (5) private lesson scholarships will be awarded while there will be one (1) winner and two (2) runners-up for the Concerto portion. The Concerto winner will perform as either the Spring Concert or MeritFest along with a Conservatory Large Ensemble.
Deadline to enter is Saturday, December 2, 2017.

The 6th Annual A.N and Pearl G. Barnett Chamber Music Competition is open to chamber ensembles in 12th grade and younger with two divisions:
Strings and Piano
Winds, Brass, Percussion, and Voice

3rd Annual Conservatory Solo Voice Competition

Merit’s 3rd Annual Conservatory Solo Voice Competition is open to all Alice S. Pfaelzer Tuition-free Conservatory voice students. Winners from each age division will receive a private lesson scholarship for the 2018 – 2019 school year. This competition is made possible with generous support from Caerus Foundation, Inc.
