Friends of Merit Society

The Friends of Merit Society recognizes cumulative general gifts of $100 or more from individuals given July 1 – June 30. This broad and flexible support plays an instrumental role in sustaining Merit’s intensive, deep, and meaningful musical, educational experience.  To join the Friends of Merit Society click here.

LEVELS OF SUPPORT:

Chorus: $100 – $249

  • Name listing in Merit’s Conservatory Spring Concert program book
  • Merit Tote Bag
  • Name listing in Merit’s 2018 Digital Annual Report

Ensemble: $250 – $499

  • All Chorus, Plus:
  • Special discount card to use at a variety of West Loop retailers (available April/May 2018)
  • 20% discount on Merit spirit wear/merchandise

Soloist: $500 – $999

  • All Ensemble, Plus:
  • First right to purchase tickets to Merit events
  • 10% discount on Early Childhood group classes (restrictions apply)

Conductor: $1,000 – $2,499

  • All Soloist, Plus:
  • Invitation to Merit’s annual donor appreciation event
  • Opportunity to attend performance rehearsal of donor’s choice
  • Name listing in Merit’s 2017-2018 concert series program books

Bravo: $2,500 – $4,999

  • All Conductor, Plus:
  • VIP access to observe a Merit masterclass with renowned teachers/musicians (subject to availability)
  • Name listing in Merit’s 2017-2018 quarterly “Impact Report”

 

In-kind gifts and gifts designated for a specific purpose (e.g., financial aid, instruments, scholarships, endowment, Conservatory, Gala, etc.) receive separate recognition.
